Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for Soft solder, solder paste Die Attach, and reflow equipment setup/installation including troubleshooting and maintenance. You will lead the pilot line setup until production ramp-up.
In your new role you will:
  • Responsible for Die Attach, reflow soldering equipment setup & installation, repair/ troubleshooting, and maintenance .
  • Develop equipment maintenance specifications, implement a Preventive/Predictive maintenance program.
  • Monitor equipment performance KPI and Drive the equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement projects.
  • Work with equipment suppliers to solve production constraints, improve capabilities through software and hardware optimization

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Good equipment knowledge in Solder paste Clip bonding Die Attach equipment, experience in Alphasem / ESEC2009 / ASM AD8312 would be added advantages.
  • Good understanding of equipment capabilities and constraints.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English
