Manage all general HR functions as recruitment & selection (staffing), organizational development, performance management, learning & development, career management.
Building end to end HR strategy in the scaling up of the company.
Establish & develop SOP related to HR functions, also ensure everything are up to date and compliant with all local and federal regulations.
Socialize & monitor SOP to ensure recruitment, transfer, promotion, and termination effective & efficient.
Build culture and corporate value awareness and implementation.
Conduct performance management by using KPI/OKR in each divisions with the help from Management/Head of Division.
Prepare induction program for new hire.
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Handling the payroll, thr, BPJS and other obligations and benefits
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations that is most up to date.
Leading the General Affairs department (that handles assets and office needs)
Requirements
Experience in HR Manager role at least 3 years
Have more than 3 years of managing a team of at least 5 people
Experience in developing and implementing new procedures
3 year of minimum experience of Project management
Professional level of English is a big bonus.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experienced in drafting legal documents for employees
Experienced in Creating Peraturan Perusahaan and Submission of Documents.
Experience and comfortable with excel and/or Google suites (especially formulas and functions)
