Summary:
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (4 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
This position is located within the U.S. Mission to ASEAN. The incumbent serves as the Management Liaison the full range of management services from bi-mission ICASS service providers to thirty plus (30+) USASEAN staff members. The incumbent reports directly to the Deputy Chief of Mission and works closely with the Exec Office team. The incumbent independently liaises between USASEAN and the bilateral Embassy. The incumbent coordinates Mission management services, working directly with the Financial Management Officer, General Services Officer, Human Resources Officer, Information Management Officer and others.
EXPERIENCE: The position requires at least 5 years of office management and general management.
(Please note that one credited year of working experience is comparable to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours)
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
The position requires the completion of college/university studies level (minimum two years).
(please note that 1 year of undergraduate education is comparable to 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours, and a US education equivalency certification/transcript is required for non-US college/university)
LANGUAGE (this may be tested): Level IV (fluent) speaking/reading/writing English is required.

COVID-19 Requirements for Eligible Family Members
As required by Executive Order 14043, Eligible Family Members who will be employed on a Family Member Appointment (FMA) or a Temporary Appointment (TEMP) are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 regardless of the employee’s duty location or work arrangement (e.g., telework, remote work, etc.), subject to such exceptions as required by law. Eligible Family Members who will be employed on a Personal Services Agreement and compensated under the USG pay plan will be required to attest to their vaccination status using the Vaccine Attestation Form. Candidates who will be employed on either a Personal Services Agreement or a direct hire appointment and compensated under the Mission’s Local Compensation Plan will be required to follow all Mission COVID-19 policies applicable to Locally Employed Staff. All candidates must be able to obtain and hold a Secret Clearance.
