Job Description

  • Ensuring all network infrastructure runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security)
  • Ensuring that all network infrastructure are managed to the appropriate level of security patches, software/firmware revisions and supported versions
  • Establish standards and procedures for servers/backup infrastructure
  • Managing the Network Operations Monitoring analysts to monitor the availability and capacity of the Group's IT infrastructure (servers, network)
  • Develop and maintain continual improvement plans
  • Monitoring and executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline
  • Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
  • Managing the IT budget and asset for network
  • Recruit, lead, develop and manage the network Operations team to ensure the team has the right skills and capabilities to deliver the required results.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree of Information Technology / Management.
  • Have good IT network technical knowledge at least 8 years of experiences.
  • Have good knowledge in IT network technology LAN, WAN, VSAT, Telco and PBX system ,Cisco CCNA , WiFi, VPN, DHCP, IP networking, firewalls, router .
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skill with internal and external party.
  • Have ability to work in multiple countries and overseas IT Infrastructure Network project.
  • Fluent in English both writing or speaking.
