GFB Junior Data Analyst will oversee data support and analysis, supporting GFB in the decision-making process, faster and more accurately.
You will be the pivotal role to become GFB Data Advisor, by overseeing and analyzing overall data (sales pipeline and forecast, finance forecast, CRM), from planning to evaluating / monitoring, capturing the trend and anomaly, giving insights and recommendations that will be a rigorous plan / strategy to execute within certain period (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Will also help in optimizing / improving the existing business process, reviewing overall promo / loyalty / pricing related to GFB to be more effective and efficient, setting the right rhythm and guidance on pipeline and forecast.
You will maintain business relationships with stakeholders internally (Regional, Tech, Marketing, Finance, Verticals, Territory).
The Day-to-Day Activities
Responsible for leading and executing ways to use data, to measure and analyze business and sales performance for GFB Indonesia.
Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers.
Provide analytical support on strategic business and sales projects, using big data to tackle the toughest challenges for the business.
Lead business automation projects to streamline manual processes and automate reporting
Sales Campaign Analysis, reviewing overall promo / loyalty / pricing related to GFB to be more effective and efficient.
The Must-Haves
Bachelor degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL/Presto and data visualization using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Proficient in calculation spreadsheet (Excel, Google Spreadsheet).
Having 1-2 years experience in Data / Business / Sales Analysis is a plus.
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environment.
