Job Description

We’re hiring.

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Searching POP site to find a location in accordance with company requirements

– Prepare a survey report with recommendations locations Access and Community Relation

– Socializing with the approach to prepare citizens with the right materials and methods

– Coordinate with Legal team to create documents / correspondence relating to the petition, permits and agreements related to site acquisition

– Negotiate with land owners related to the duration of time and financial

– Preparing the site keeper of residents around the site

PLACEMENT: JAKARTA, JATENG & DIY JOGYA, BANJARMASIN

REQUIREMENT

Minimal D3 of Public Relation, Law, Business, Management, Marketing, or equivalent
Have experience in same position or same industry is preferable
Have knowledge in telecommunication industry, building relation, community relation, or government relation
Have experience in building and land acquisition is an advantage
Good in communication skill, oral and written
Good in negotiation and interpersonal skills
High integrity and hard worker
