Job Description

Prepare updates and create database of applicable laws and regulations related to the Company's obligations;

Manage company reporting obligations including licensing based on applicable laws and regulations;

Monitoring the compliance of the Company's obligations with regulatory regulations or applicable laws and regulations as well as Online Reporting to regulators;

Making legal opinions and legal advises related to cases in the Company;

Reviewing and preparing the necessary documents for Litigation and Non-Litigation cases;

Manage the implementation of the company's Good Corporate Governance (GCG);

Drafting and archive legal and compliance documents.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law

At least 4 years working experience as Business Legal, preferable from payment industry company (fintech)

Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate/organization law and procedure

Strong Knowledge and experience in legal drafting and legal contract

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills and able tp work under pressure.
