Job Description

  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insight
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
  • Translate brand strategies in brand plans and brand positioning and go-to market strategies
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Overseas marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any field
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proven working experience as brand manager Retail
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Drive for results and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English both written and verbal; other languages are a plus
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills
  • Market trends and fashion awareness as well as a strong commercial understanding
  • Previous experience of managing a team, coaching and developing preferred
