About the Role As part of the Merchant Engagement team, especially as a Merchant Engagement specialist, you will be focusing on providing the best customer experience to all non-AM Merchants during their journey in Moka POS. In this role, you are expected to support & provide the best solution for merchants if they face any issues. Thus, you need to have extremely strong product knowledge, sales & negotiation skills, and the ability to help merchants to solve issues are imperative to becoming a successful Merchant Engagement agent.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end Non-AM Merchant
Manage merchants based on their journey
Ensure good product adoption throughout the merchant lifecycle
Identify & provide the best consultation to merchants if they have any issues or concerns
Constantly look up on merchant health core to identify potential medium/high-risk merchants
What You Will Need
Have strong communication & negotiation skills
A data-driven with a keen eye on details
At least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce/B2B/B2C
Be a Team Player, high Initiative, agile, and resilient
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Advance in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel is a plus
