About the Role
As our Accounts Payable Assistant Manager, you will be managing AP processing for domestic entity of GTF based in Jakarta. You should build and manage relationship with GTF tax team, Procurement team, GoTo AP team, FAT team of each entity and well informed to vendor for any changes related with receiving and processing the invoice.
What You Will Do
You will report to GTF VP Finance Operations
Review the Invoice receive and monitored AP processing
Supervise the GTF AP team and build propose solution for each issueMaintain the SLA of AP processing
Create AP report, share to related division (Accounting) and build analyze about the AP processing
Follow up any issue that raise by vendors
Ensure consistent and accurate application of the organization’s Account Payable policy and procedure
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least 3 years in AP processing role
Experience in SAP, Coupa and Concur system
An outgoing personality with excellent verbal & written English communication skills; a commitment to achieve results
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
About the Team
Our team is a part of the larger GTF Finance, Accounting and Tax (FAT) team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Working alongside with other FAT members as well as accounting, tax, financial control teams. As a Finance and Operations team, we are constantly implemented the Standard Operation Procedure and Policy along the GTF subsidiaries to meet the SLA of AP processing and payment processing. We are passionate folks about identifying and resolving the AP processing and payment processing related issues.
What drives us is our shared sense of urgency for making process improvements that will leave a company-wide benefit, as well as ensure our partners and customers have a delightful experience on our platform.
