JOB PURPOSE
1. Achieving long-term sustainable relationship with customer, ensure the fulfillment of customer satisfaction.
2. Achieving business goals, i.e.: revenue target, operational cost, productivity, efficiency, etc.
3. Ensure the business continuity by compliance to Company Code of Conduct (COC).
4. Ensuring the compliance of SHEQ based on SMKP, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SMK3 Standards.
5. Ensuring the compliance of legal or other requirements.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Work based on the assignment given by Foreman.
2. Handle, report and record any problems in the field to his direct supervisor.
3. Install accurately for Auto Lube until commissioning process complete
4. Install accurately for FSI until commissioning process complete.
5. Conduct service A, B, C, D for Auto Lube.
6. Conduct service A, B, C, D for FSI.
7. Conduct Hose Fabrication
8. Create daily activity report and system checking.
9. Responsible for all tools and company equipments while on duty in the field or workshop.
10. Comply with safety procedures and committed with the implementation.
11. Follow the rules determine by company or customer to do the job.
12. Conducting Take 5 before working
13. Follow SHEQ procedure
14. Immediately report to direct superior any “Near Miss, Incident and Accident”
