Designing and executing content and graphics for marketing campaigns
In charge of the company’s visual identity and designs
Designing all marketing collaterals needed for digital and offline activation campaigns and initiatives
Working closely with the marketing team to develop design strategies
Continuing and mastering the UI/UX designs of the app
Designing any extra features or pages as necessary
Continuously looking at the product and how to improve the flow and design model
Managing Rupi’s digital advertising
Targeting specific users on Facebook and Google advertising platforms
Managing newsletter and SMS blasts
Communicating closely with tech team to organize and update user data
Reporting on campaign results and working closely with CMO for KPI-oriented results
Deep understanding of digital activation metrics

Assisting with Rupi's public relations and partnerships
S1/S2 (preferably in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Design Communication) and/or equivalent work experience required.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Proficiency in using Facebook Business for advertising, as well as Google Adwords
Deep understanding of user targeting on advertising platforms
Experience in using Mailchimp or similar newsletter plaftorms
Experience in doing A/B testing
Plus points:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Minimum 5 years experience in IT development of banking systems technologies.
