The Influx Inbound Sales Admin / Sales Development Representative monitors inbound sales channels to respond to new leads quickly and accurately. Through a quick understanding of the lead’s information, the inbound SDR responds through the appropriate digital channel to guide the new prospect to the best possible solution. We’re looking for someone with a high level of attention to detail who can follow guidelines well.
The main goal is to send timely, relevant messages to qualified prospects so that they book future meetings with sales. Furthermore, the candidate should strive to ensure that unqualified prospects receive a response, and are directed to look elsewhere to solve their needs.
