Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain organization structure and job leveling.
  • Develop and implement company-wide organization development and talent programs to support workforce and business goals.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement program.
  • Develop strategic plan for achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Build positive and achievement oriented work environment for employees.
  • Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
  • Assist in preparing training programs, tools and materials to improve employee skills.
  • Develop effective solutions to meet business challenges and mitigate business risks.
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Develop change management program to support and implement new initiatives.
  • Analyze root causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Stay abreast with organizational development trends.

Qualification :

  • Age 35 - 40 years old.
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Psychology.
  • Have minimum 10 years of working experience in Learning & People Development, Organizational Development / HR Management, preferably from Mining, EPC, Oil & Gas or multinational company in relevant industries.
  • Have experience in related field such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Policy & Procedures, Employee Engagement & Retention, Business Process improvement and other HR jobs.
  • Hands on, can work individually and also a good team player.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skill.
  • A person with a lot of positive energy, have strong drive and high commitment, enjoy working in a diverse and changing environment.
  • Good initiative, always perform work in good manner and discipline.
  • Being proactive and can put ideas together in a creative & professional manner.

Skill Required :

  • Advance knowledge and implementation about organization design, talent management, assessment, performance management, organizational behavior, performance management, HR development, Competency Management System, and coaching & counselling.
