Qualification :
Age 35 - 40 years old.
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Psychology.
Have minimum 10 years of working experience in Learning & People Development, Organizational Development / HR Management, preferably from Mining, EPC, Oil & Gas or multinational company in relevant industries.
Have experience in related field such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Policy & Procedures, Employee Engagement & Retention, Business Process improvement and other HR jobs.
Hands on, can work individually and also a good team player.
Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skill.
A person with a lot of positive energy, have strong drive and high commitment, enjoy working in a diverse and changing environment.
Good initiative, always perform work in good manner and discipline.
Being proactive and can put ideas together in a creative & professional manner.
Skill Required :
Advance knowledge and implementation about organization design, talent management, assessment, performance management, organizational behavior, performance management, HR development, Competency Management System, and coaching & counselling.
