Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational heavy equipment distributor. Our client is seeking a professional with 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing communication. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities :

  • Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
  • Develop creative messaging & communication strategies to advertise the company's products & visions on top of social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
  • Develop different strategies for different social media platforms and gauge their impact to keep the marketing communication running well.
  • Organising events such as customer gatherings, road show, product launching, etc.
  • Crafting & sending regular news and articles about the latest company or product news
  • Planning press conferences and interviews
  • Monitoring social media pages and corporate website, and addressing client's queries

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Relevant experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist, related experience writing and editing projects or articles.
  • Ability to design (Photoshop, Corel Draw, Visio, etc) is preferred.
  • Experience in working with MS Office.
  • Hands on experience with content management.
  • Familiarity with working on B2B advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing.
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
