Responsibilties :
Build and maintain engagement towards new & existing digiPrime customer
Educate, explain and advise customers regarding wealth products and promotions to customers that available in digibank Apps
Achieve Wealth AUM and Liabilities growth target
Increase number of Wealth holder within digiPrime segment
Ensure compliance policy are well implemented
Conduct daily sales performance update
Requirements :
Min S1 as education background
Having WPPE/WAPERD certification is a plus
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year as Funding Marketing Officer or Telebanking officer with wealth experienced
Having an experience engage customer through telecalling
Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
Good understanding in application of principles of sales, including interpersonal skills and problem solving
Target oriented
Understanding of Banking product, especially liabilities and investment products& transaction flow of each product
Capable of operating Microsoft office
