Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing overall daily business operations.
  • Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
  • Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
  • Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
  • Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar executive role in the Education field.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities..
  • Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Willing to be placed at SUN Education Head Office – Meruya, Jakarta Barat.
