Responsibilities:
Responsible for controlling and monitoring the overall contract life cycle management (from coordination with stakeholder, creation until signing and eventually termination or renewal of contract), contract analysis and contract administration / record keeping for contract and supporting documents related in line with all policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum 3 Years in relevant experience
Have a good Knowledge of Indonesian and other relevant law, Procure to Pay system and Microsoft office application
Able to develop good working relationships with suppliers, partners and other third parties – relating to contractual matters
Able to provide internal and external issue resolution and risk management
Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
Strong attention to detail
Capable of professionally managing confidential information
Able to work with minimum supervision, multiple tasking, proactive and initiative
Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
Mature, positive attitude and self-confident
Fluent in spoken and written English
