Responsibilities:
· Liaise and respond directly to clients regarding their payroll matters and/or queries
· Update employee records in payroll system
· Participate in month end closing of APAC offices specific to payroll and related benefits, including journal entries posting and accounts reconciliation
· Liaise with auditors in preparation for and during annual payroll audits.
· Ensure payroll service alignment with the company policies and regulations;
· Ensure full statutory compliance with local legislation and mandatory requirements;
· Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Higher Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Business Studies or Human Resource Management
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll services for MNCs or professional service
· Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task and work independently under tight timeline
· Must be meticulous, diligent with a can-do attitude
· Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
· Good command of written and spoken English. Fluency in another Asia language is a definite advantage (or a must depending on location)
