What You Will Do
Create communication strategy and align with Product Marketing Manager/Executive & Growth Merchant Marketing team to manage all communication going out to merchants in order to reach the campaign objective / Marketing OKR
Develop and execute merchant communications content plan across all channels (Email, Whatsapp for Business, Push Notification, etc) based on campaign objectives and do A/B testing to generate the best communication result
Able to utilize CRM tools available to create automated campaigns preferably Hubspot
Support PME & PMM in providing a post-campaign performance of the communication plan (channel, content, creative materials, etc) and able to give learnings and improvement for the next campaign
Work closely with other Merchant Marketing teams across division (Creative Team, Social Media Team, Growth team, etc) to ensure effective & efficient implementation of the communication strategy
What You Will Need
At least 1 year experience in Content Writing/Communications/PR/Social Media/Merchant Communications in e-commerce or startup companies (fresh graduates with similar internship experience are welcome)
Excellent command of Indonesian & English; both written and spoken
