Job Description
Contribute in selecting models
Strong eye for detail and confidence
Communicate workflow and status to department head
Work with other member of production team to ensure photo-shooting is organized and
ordered
Strong up to date knowledge on latest trends
Good balance of hitting target and creative flair
Direct and select best poses
Follow model’s style and tone consistently
Conduct the photo-shooting session in several venues
Requirements
Skills in camera configuration
Strong skills in photo editing
Helpful and kind personality
Knows about the progress and trends
Able to be productive and efficient with minimal, or no supervision (because we work
fast, and want to grow fast)
Fluent communicator in both English and Bahasa
Previous experience in ecommerce, media, advertising or web design is a plus
