Job Description

Helping product managers in product delivery activities

Listen, improve and optimize operational workflow and processes

Build, procure and implement necessary tools to improve operational process and visibility

Establish feedback loop scheme and monitor product performance

Escorting the Odoo ERP implementation at Aruna Sites for main request modules (i.e sales, purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, and accounting) starting from the initial settings, migrating the required data, training on ERP usage to the customer, until the change request / modification needed by the business process

Communicate with stakeholders to confirm their expectations and requirements

Use expert-level administration and optimization of hosts and servers to ensure high availability and appropriate resource management for every stage of development including test failover, live and development

Standardize and automate processes and monitoring using scripting technology

Install and configure operating systems, ERP software (Odoo), and hardware components (cloud/on premise Servers), and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks to leverage IT, support staff, on client’s side.

Routinely test software for bugs, redundancies, and security issues

Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for the service interruption and establish preventive measures

Create reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions; oversee the overall backup strategy and daily operations for secure backups and restore testing
Minimum 2 years of experience implementing Odoo ERP (end-to-end from design to post go-live support), excellent on Python language knowledge, and owning a valid Odoo certification is a big plus

Functional knowledge of Odoo modules, such as accounting, sales, POS, MRP, project, HR, and manufacturing modules

Analytical skills & structured mind with logical planning/reporting skills

Extensive Odoo Development and debugging experience

Ability to address short-term tactical requirements without losing sight of the longer-range strategic direction

Broad understanding of Odoo design. Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies

Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing Odoo solution in the multi-cultural work environment

Strong knowledge of the business process, industry nuances and leading practices in the area of focus

Excellent both technical and functional skills along with being well presented and able to build good relationships quickly

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Good time-management skills, discipline, with a problem-solving attitude

Good understanding of acquisition, retention processes, agile and scrum methodologies is a plus

Strong organizational skill, fast paced and multitasking capabilities
