Bithour Production is the #3 fastest advertising agency and production house based in Jakarta. We help brands to create their brand image through TV Commercial, Company Profile, Animation, Graphic Design, Social Media, Documentation, and more.

Candidates should be on the pulse of current and upcoming trends within social and digital, and have a genuine passion for TikTok.

This intern will support the Marketing team.

Job Description

  • Support the social media team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Create daily content for the @kneaders TikTok account
  • Engage with TikTok followers and monitor conversations using our brand's voice.
  • Keep up to date on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can use these platforms.
  • Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts.
  • Participate in brainstorms and content ideation
  • Be self-sufficient with producing your own content
  • Assist our photographer in various photo and video shoots

Qualifications

  • Passion for the food industry, and strong interest in the social and digital space.
  • Significant experience as a TikTok or Instagram creator, with knowledge of what performs well on the platform and what doesn't
  • History of creating content that performed well and drove attention whether for yourself or another brand
  • Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
  • Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable
  • Proactive go-getter and effective communicator.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 1 per week

Salary: Rp100,000 - Rp200,000 per month

Education:

  • S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Content Writing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
