Responsibilities:

Oversee efficiency of operational process and ensure the operational metrics are met
Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, reporting, payment, and document control
Analyze and identify all performance-related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss
Identify risks that could affect the progression of the project
Monitoring of project due to the budget, timeline, and scope of each project
Monitor all administrative functions
Prepare regular reports on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements
Manage manpower ratio across functions in Trade Marketing operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, industrial engineering, or related field
1-2 years of management experience (Exp. on Project Handling field will be an advantage)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good understanding of operational framework management process
Good data analysis, critical thinking, evaluation, reporting skills
Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment
Fit to a fast-paced work environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and meet short-long term deadlines
Having good communication skills
Having good analytical thinking
