A retreat center in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

Organize files, conduct research and assist with day-to-day errands
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders
Act as a point of contact, screen, direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Assist with shopping on e-commerce platforms, such as Tokopedia
Handle requests and queries efficiently and in a timely manner
Act as a liaison between the employer and workforce as required
Prepare and compile reports, presentations and corporate correspondence
Implement and maintain procedures underpinning administrative systems
Assist with daily time management and run errands as requested
Managing and review filing and office systems

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience as a personal assistant or related position
Strong organisational skills that demonstrate an ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be extremely effective and proactive in collaborating with fellow colleagues
