Responsibilities:
1. Grow and maintain a stable supply of Live content creators by sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding high potential creator talent to the TikTok LIVE ecosystem
2. Conduct training and educational workshops to LIVE creators to improve the quality of livestream sessions.
3. Provide local insights, recommendations, and direction on creator development strategies.
4. Lead or participate in projects through programs and campaigns to achieve team goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Preferably more than 2 years of working experience related to live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, or gaming platforms.

2. Professional, patient, and skillful in communicating/ negotiating with (potential) live streamers and managing communities.
3. Good analytical skills & data-driven.
4. Result-oriented, good capacity for pressure, and high willingness to learn.
5. Good English communications and interpersonal skills to work in an international and diverse environment.
6. Mandarin language or video editing & graphic design skills are a plus.
