Job Description:
  • Define and implement product development and product management plan
  • Create new product solutions for both internal and external end-users
  • Initiate, analyse, propose and launch new product ideas (product development)
  • Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product design documents
  • Maintain existing app products (product management)
  • Coordinate and work closely with business teams to launch and market new product
  • Conduct market intelligence to maintain competitiveness and profitability of product offering
  • Work closely with Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Designer on feature and UI/UX implementations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement
  • Has at least 1 years experience in Product Management role / fresh graduates with internship experience in e-commerce industry or product management will be a plus
  • Good communication in both spoken and written forms.
  • Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Strong ownership and team spirit
  • Good collaboration skills to work with cross function teams
  • Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in fast-paced environment
  • Speak one of the languages besides English: Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, in order to communicate more efficiently with teams from one of our markets
  • Preferably someone who has design background
