As a Senior/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing frameworks for monitoring and improving Engineering performance to plan, providing value-add engineering solutions, and driving continuous improvement projects in Test yield and processes and Manufacturing cycle time. You will also provide support in product test proliferation and excursion management activities.Responsibilities. Develop frameworks for monitoring and improve Engineering performance to plan. Provide value-add engineering solutions to meet cycletime improvement, cost reduction and quality performance goals. Drive continuous improvement projects in Test processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Provide support in product proliferation test activities. Support Quality team in excursion management activities. Work closely with Test planning/manufacturing/engineering teams to ensure the smooth execution of Test manufacturing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional Central/Site teams to overcome Test operation issues and challenges
Requirements. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/ Electronics or related field. Demonstrate data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills. Good team player with good communication and leadership skills. The ability to manage multiple issues and result oriented
