Manage and supervise all customer service operations in order to improve customer satisfaction

Minumum Bachelor Degree in any field
Have experience in the same position minimum 5 year
Have good leadership skills and have lead a team
Have experience in all aspects of customer service (inbound, outbound), Logistics.
Having good communication skills
Good initiative ability, proactive , creative thinking and problem solver
Attention to detail with high integrity.
