Key accountabilities
Manages the monthly vacancy approval process in line with relevant DAN policies and works with Head of HR Operations on refining the recruitment process and key control steps
Works with HR Leadership Team, global HR leads and business leads to understand long term strategic talent plans, in order to develop own local strategic talent plan
Supports HR Business Partners in developing internal succession plans
Identifies knowledge gaps within Talent Acquisition team and provides guidance and best practice in attraction methods and recruitment channels
Reviews and refines brand attraction campaigns; identifying overlaps and areas of convergence
Identifies brand requirements and defines a DAN assessment methodology for the market
Manages permanent recruitment preferred supplier list
Manages the recruitment budget within the market, including forecasting, monthly reviews and management of invoices and purchase orders
Acts as a business partner for senior level hires, managing the briefing process, challenging the hiring manager where necessary and supporting the offer process
Implements the Best Practice employee referral program in the market in line with global standards and principles.

Significant related HR experience
In-house recruitment experience is essential
Expert knowledge of candidate sourcing channels and recruitment techniques
Detailed understanding of assessment and selection techniques
Key Experiences
Background in Headhunting, Consultancy or Marketing
Experience managing a cost centre preferred
Experience of headhunting and proactive network building
Take on other exciting marketing projects if required, such as sourcing and managing events led by Partnerships Team.
Able to work well under pressure.
Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand for client.

Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience as Insurance Marketing or in other related field.
