Key Accountabilities :
To develop different sources to get potential internal and external talents to fill in vacancies in the Bank
To ensure right fit candidates being hired to fulfil each vacancies
To manage recruitment process as per related guidelines
Responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing for right candidates, interview, selection, compensation proposals to right candidates join the Bank
Build and maintain strong partnership with other HR partners, line managers and related recruitment vendors
Participate in recruitment related projects and initiatives
Maintain Talent Acquisition related report
Manage recruitment portal (Taleo) updates as per set process
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of Recruitment experience. Experience in banking industry will be a value added.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university with relevant major background.
Experienced in Recruitment area
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Team Player
Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
