This function will be reporting to the GRS Halal Compliance Senior Manager who is based in Jakarta and this role will be based at Firmenich office at Tanah Abang.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible of BPJPH Halal registration for Firmenich Manufacturing Site located in Indonesia, China, Singapore and India. Maintain registration documentation at SIHALAL (to include product and material management).
Coordinate and assist with Firmenich response to BPJPH inquiry on requirements, payment and others.
Build and maintain strong relationships with BPJPH assessors that in charge for Halal Registration through SIHALAL/offline consultation.
Communicate any news pertaining process or requirement of BPJPH Halal Registration to respective parties at Firmenich.
Prepare data for halal certificate renewal process from different Firmenich plants (6 plants); Data extracted from SAP/Spire, included Formulation/Bill of Material, Fix and Alternate source list (vendor and manufacturer) for each material; MUI Positive List Material/Critical Material information, and collect supporting material documents from D2.
Maintain CEROL data for halal certificate renewal process from different Firmenich plants (6 plants); upload the data on material including supporting documentation into CEROL.
Help/Support data preparation for MUI/IFANCA/HFCE/SANHA during new product development.
Coordinate implementation on MUI Halal Assurance System from different Firmenich plants (6 plants). Implementation relates to internal audit schedule, periodical report, management review schedule, internal training schedule etc.
Consult with operation and business unit representatives and advise on matters relevant to halal activities
We value: Background education : Any major minimum Diploma
Interest in Regulatory affairs and Religious Compliance especially in halal area
Experience in halal area is preferred
Good communication skills
The ability to work independently, driving improvement while connecting to others
Must be Thorough and attentive to details, Organized
Good command of computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office
