We are dubbing our videos from Turkish to Indonesian
These are what you have to do for this video:
The Indonesian voiceover should be synchronized with the endings of the speaker's sentences in the Turkish video. (lipsync)
Considerations for Lipsync:
-When the Turkish speaker speaks, you should maintain the Indonesian voice-over.
- If the Indonesian Voiceover is longer than the Turkish sentence, the video can be slowed down by cutting the layer containing that sentence, but it should be slowed down to a pleasing level (max 85%)
Also, it can be placed there by taking a suitable length from a different part of Turkish video. While doing this, attention should be paid to the reactions in the speech. E.g;
A serious section from the video should not be included for a laughing sentence that is said. Video have jump cuts. So, while cutting, it should not be cut a little before or after a frame that already has a jump cut,
it should be cut from the frame with the jump cut as much as possible.
-If the sentence of Indonesian voice-over shorter than Turkish one, you can cut from beginning of Turkish sentence enough to provide lip sync. Don’t cut any words or sentences from voiceover or don’t speed up or slow down voice-over. Just cut the sound gaps but after cutting the voice over should sound natural. Here also be careful about cutting from the jump cut. Not before or after some frames..

Musics, stock images and videos, effects and infographics should be synced according to Indonesian voiceover as in the Turkish video and the volume of the music should be as in the Turkish video.
There will be music throughout the beginning of video, and the music will end with the sound fade out when the Indonesian Youtube Promotion intro ends. And after intro video starts, also other music should start with “constant gain” Be careful about translations of music layers. Yo can use effect of “constant powder”
