Responsibilities :
  • Work cross functionally across internal product and operations stakeholders, as well as external merchants and creators to continually improve our overall product go to market strategy.
  • Coordinate the benchmark setting of product go to market, establishing clear metrics to measure performance and effectiveness of product adoption, usage and impact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all the go to market channels that can be utilised for your respective domain / user and continually use data to refine your approach
  • Continually dive deep in understanding our users (ie. merchants, creators, consumers, partners, internal staff) within your respective domain and market through establishing clear communication channels and feedback mechanisms.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on product performance, product adoption and continually listen for ways to optimise your product and product go to market execution.
  • 1-3 years in a product go to market role within an e-commerce / marketplace business or consumer technology company.
  • Excellent communication, cooperation and project management skills. Be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments;
  • Must be comfortable with data and building stories and negotiating using data sets.
  • A willingness to learn, an ability to question the norm and the character to thrive in ambiguous but fast paced environments.
