Main Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for managing Purchase to Pay process in accordance with Philips’s regulation.
To drive harmonization of PtP process & improvements to strengthen internal controls.
Supports & Coordinates with various shared service providers, vendors, and local management.
Reporting Relationship;
Reports to Statutory and Fiscal Manager, Indonesia with dotted line to Head of Finance.
You are responsible for;
Responsible for review completeness of vendor invoice supporting documents for SAP posting.
Liaise with tax manager to ensure indirect tax treatment for all vendor invoices.
Coordinates with user, vendor and shared service providers to ensure correct vendor posting and timely record of vendor invoices.
Reconciliation of monthly vendor report for certain vendors.
Act as the key point of contact and support for our local PTP matters.
Drives harmonization of internal processes & controls to improve quality of compliance.
Supports & Coordinates with Regional Process Lead for PTP Projects involving Automation & strengthening compliances within APAC.
Supports Audit & data requirements from regulatory & tax authorities to ensure timely compliances & avoid penalties.
Supports Strengthening Documentations for Audits & Assessments for countries within APAC.
Manage the Company’s Concur administrative matters for employee reimbursement.
Support finance team for adhoc project or tasks.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;
Bachelor’s degree, Finance/accounting is preferred.
Minimal 3 years working experience in same role (preferred).
Technical/ Functional Competencies
Experience in Financial Tax Accounting (preferred).
Knowledge of SAP (preferred) / other ERP.
Proficient in basic MS office application.
