What you’ll do: (Job Responsibility)

Responsible for the entire process of Home Inspection and/or Inspection in OLX Autos Center for Surabaya
Plan and execute strategies to generate revenue for the company.
Responsible for end to end operational activities
Experienced in time management and Customer Handling
Manage about 30 team direct reports
Responsible for Planning and Training the Team.
Management and responsibility of individual and team targets.
Effective planning and Delivering on targets / metrics defined as part of the job
Play a significant role in long term planning with a view to deliver operational excellence to support other functions of the organization.
Determine marketing strategy for better results.
Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Guarantee the SOP is implemented according to the provisions
Regular supervision and monitoring
Prepare a written report for performance Results

We are looking for Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently.
Min. Bachelor’s degree
Comfortable working in large multi cultural teams.
A person who is articulate, organized, detail oriented and has the ability to multitask.
Someone who can work in an environment of change and effectively lead a sales team to deliver growth and achieve targets
Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales or automotive industry
Good command over English is a must
Preferable having experiences in Retail Industry
Strong Data Understanding Skills
