Growth Center is an effort by Kompas Gramedia's Corporate Human Resources to expand its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to Kompas Gramedia itself. Growth Center specializes in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.

The Data Analyst Intern will be working in Kognisi.id (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) as a part of Growth Center's - Development tribe, focusing to enable Kompas Gramedia employees and the general public in expanding their knowledge with various learning materials, such as online learning courses and mainly webinars or masterclass.

.

The Data Analyst's responsibilities are:
Transform a complex and ambigous business or product problem into a well-scooped and impactful analysis

Explore various data sets and perform data visualization in relation to product features & user behaviours

Generate insight and recommendation for data-driven decision making

Support product growth by identifying business opportunities

Provide rich and meaningful dashboard automation for monitoring and reporting

Collaborate proactively with product, tech, and operation teams
Bachelor's degree in Mathematic, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent. Final year students are welcome to apply

Strong in analytical and data driven thinking

Possess excellent strategic thinking and able to execute methodically

Able to operate anaytical and data visualization tools

Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and storytell the data

Knowledge in product development process and ETL tools (e.g Airflow) is a plus

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Strong task completion orientation & attention to detail
