Brand / Graphic Designer

Responsibilities :

  • Providing day-to-day leadership during strategy phases of client services and design teams
  • Going beyond the brief to understand the deeper needs of the client’s business
  • Stimulating and provoking with new thinking that keeps us on our best game
  • Working in pitch teams
  • Leading interviews - internal, external, executive
  • Researching the client's business context and understanding the client's decision criteria
  • Anticipating consumer behaviours
  • Turning data into actionable insights
  • Telling a compelling story
  • Communicating rigorous opinion

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, account planning / brand agency
  • Multidisciplinary strategy and planning experience
  • Major network agency experience would be an asset
  • Multidisciplinary strategy and planning experience
  • Ability to influence the strategic thinking of Creative and Account Management
  • Strongly self-motivated, a great multi-tasker & used to working in a fast paced environment
  • Bold, opinionated, informed and curious thinker
  • Fluency in brand and marketing methods for developing platform, proposition, naming and brand architecture
