Get to know the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to run GrabFood campaign in Kalimantan. We believe a successful candidate has Project management skills, deep knowledge about local insight, ATL and BTL channel implementation and last but not least, a top-notch communication skill, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we are currently expanding the GrabFood business in Kalimantan. In return, you will get an opportunity to experience the market dynamics and how to tackle them in GrabFood.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Help Marketing Lead to provide insight in order to support marketing leadto create food marketing strategy
Ontime deliverable campaign, monitor and evaluate online and offline campaign / activities that team created
Create weekly performance Report GrabFood Kalimantan, which consist of result, learning campaignand next action item and present it to related stakeholders
Monitor competitor movement in your cities (including competitor promo, branding, media placement and offline activities)
Regularly conduct simple FGD/ interview to Customer, Driver and Merchant to get fresh insight from market
Determine strategic area for branding
Help Marketing Lead to Manage and Optimize budget of city to growth the demand
You are expected to track spending on timely manner
The Must-Haves:
Bachelor or Associate degree from marketing or related field with minimum 2 years experience in marketing
Willing to stay in Pontianak and has local insight of Kalimantan especially Pontianak
Has understanding or interest with food industry trend
Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Excellent in data and analytical skills
Excellent in presentation, negotiation & communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa
Proficient in Ms. Office and G-Suite and other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets movement
Experience and willing to work under pressure with tight timeline
