CONTACT CENTER AGENT
Penempatan: SEMARANG

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Memberikan informasi, menerima & menangani keluhan nasabah yang menghubungi ke layanan Contact Center Perusahaan.


    • Kualifikasi :
  • Pria / Wanita, Usia maks. 30 tahun

  • Pendidikan Minimal S1

  • Mampu menganalisa dan merespon masalah dengan baik dan cepat

  • Terampil menggunakan komputer (MS.Office)

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Call Center/Contact Center

  • Siap bekerja secara shifting (24 jam)

  • Bisa berbahasa inggris lebih disukai

  • Sudah vaksinasi covid19 min dosis pertama (ada sertifikat)

  • Domisili Semarang & sekitarnya
