Key Responsibilities: Job Purpose This position is responsible for providing overall support in project planning, implementation and monitoring of NOKEN Papua Project in Papua province. NOKEN Papua (Transformasi Komunitas untuk Perdamaian Papua/Community Transformation for Peace in Papua) project aims to contribute to social cohesion and peacebuilding in Papua through transformed relationship and improved capacity among Civil Society Actors to prevent conflict, respond to crisis and build peace. The project will be carried out with church as local implementing partner in 3 regencies: Jayawijaya, Jayapura and Biak Numfor. NOKEN Papua project is funded by the European Union (EU). Required Professional Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in the field of community development, humanitarian or peace building.
Experience working with local government, public institutions and civil society actors
Experience in peacebuilding, conflict prevention and resolution, particularly in fragile contexts.

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

Min. Bachelor degree majoring social development, international relations, peacebuilding or any other relevant field.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

Strong analytical, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong project management skills.
Strong conceptual understanding in basic DME functions
Good English skill with min.TOEFL score 500.

Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement This position will be based in Wamena , Pegunungan Tengah , Papua and requires travel within zone (Jayapura and Biak) up to 40% of work time. Language Requirements Bahasa and also Good English skill, with Min. TOEFL Score 500 Applicant Types Accepted:
