Credit Control Sr. Staff (190002N8)

PRIMARY LOCATION : INDONESIA-INDONESIA-JAKARTA

ORGANIZATION : AXA Indonesia General Insurance (AGI)

CONTRACT TYPE : Regular

SHIFT : Day Job

SCHEDULE : Full-time DESCRIPTION To address the issues of overdue premiums timely and avoid the building up of uncollected / bad debt accounts, and to ensure the outstanding premiums that are already due are collected timely, in order to support organization cash flow.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Completion of diploma or bachelor degree
  • Min 2 years experience in related credit control field.
  • Customer service excellence, good in communication and negotiations skills.
  • Detail oriented, result oriented and problem solving skills
  • Computer literature
