Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle project management for service aspects of all projects and programs,
  • Design and implement service improvement processes jointly with relevant business units,
  • Analyze data relating to quality improvement, customer feedback and work with relevant business units to improve service quality,
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend changes/enhancement for continuous improvement,
  • Align internal service standards with industry benchmarks,
  • Keeping other units informed of changes to business processes & services,

  • Proactively seeking out and helping to initiate service improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service related field or customer experience environment
  • Experience in quality assurance or similar capacity
