1. Communicate and provide clarification or missing information to LSSOs.
2. Review & Approve all the submission that relates to E-Store Update
3. Oversee the creation and communication with LSSO and accuracy of the content on Dotcom that will follow Brand Guide and Audit (Compliance Monitoring)
Role and Responsibilities
Communicate with LSSO to create JIRA tickets to request the creation or updates of dotcom pages that related to E-Store
Provide clarification or missing information to LSSOs when required
Review & Approve QA links and provide feedback to LSSO
Review & approve MSA MySingle submission that relates to E-Store update (Pull down banner & campaign-related)
Able to communicate with LSSO to create JIRA tickets for product registration of SKU management, requirements gatherings, and deadline
for standard PDPs, Review comms for the Local Campaign Page
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of programming languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Master in Bootstrap and jQuery will be an advantage
Ability to work with Figma or Sketch will be an advantage
Familiar with Adobe AEM CMS
Experience with web design and image software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and database skills
Technical search engine optimization (SEO), Adobe analytic or Google analytic
Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
Typically requires a minimum 3 years of related experience
