Work you’ll do
  • Assist in the implementation of QA&C related firm’s policies;
  • Assist in updating QA&C related firm’s policies in internal sharing platform when necessary;
  • Assist in the monitoring of personnel’s compliance to the policies including ISO27001 requirement;
  • Assist in reviewing terms and conditions in contracts/ agreements;
  • Respond to internal enquiries on policies and procedures and maintain a log of the consultation process;
  • Participate and assist in the preparation of the file review and monitoring programs conducted on annual and semi-annual basis;
  • Assist in reviewing client and engagement acceptance process;
  • Assist in developing and updating standardized language on various type of Engagement Letters template and maintain in internal server;
  • Assist in the implementation of firm’s training program;
  • Assist in the coordination of firm’s marketing related activities, including firm’s publications.

Requirements
  • A graduate in Bachelor Degree with a minimum GPA of 3,00 preferably majoring in Law;
  • Preferably with a minimum of three years related working experience;
  • High proficiency in English (verbal and in writing) is a must;
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and can manage tight deadlines.
