Job Description

  • Handled end to end process in sales and marketing for all area in his responsibility including set the marketing plan, execute, evaluate it’s effectiveness and develop it based on a strategical point of view to win the market and achieve the sales target.
  • Controlling the logistic and distribution process in all area in his responsibility that based on the sales target and maintain the effective stock
  • Evaluate the condition of our product market shares that related to the effectiveness of marketing strategy, promotion strategy and competitiveness of our product’s price to the other competitor, and discussed that evaluation result to his superior
  • Developing the effective and efficient sales and marketing strategy in the uncover area to win the market shares by the understanding and sensitivity of the chance of our product’s market share in those area.
  • Developing the sales and marketing coverage area by reasonable understanding of market need, potential market shares and the logistic/distribution issues to cover that area.
  • Developing the product based on a good understanding to market needs.
  • Reporting the competitor movement to the superior by Understand the competitor’s sales and marketing strategy and the effect to our product’s sales performance and discus about the strategy that will be taken to handle that issues with his superior.
  • Reporting the sales and marketing monthly including the evaluation of target achievement.
  • Build a strong networking and mutual relationship with the distributor and sub distributor of our product

REQUIREMENT

  • Male, 30-35 years old
  • At least have a bachelor degree related to sales and marketing (More likely to have a Master Degree in Economy with a Marketing Management Specialization).
  • At least 3 years experience in a same position in a Fast Moving Consumer Good and Distributor.
  • Have a strong understanding about the marketing, sales and market shares condition in Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali, NTT or any other eastern Indonesia.
  • Have a strong motivation and target oriented that approved with an Achievement Award in the previous experience.
  • Mastering end to end process in sales and marketing including setting the plan, execute, evaluating and developed the strategy based on strategical point of view.
  • Have a good understanding in product development by having a good understanding and sensitivity to the market’s need that related to have a strong sense of innovation.
  • Ability to compile all the data related to sales and marketing to developed a strong marketing and sales system in his area.
  • Have a good communication skill to discussed about marketing and sales strategic plan with his superior and to communicate the plan to their subordinates.
  • Have a good sense of leadership and people management that based on strategic point of view including communicate the goals and strategic to the subordinates, able to set the rules and discipline in his team, evaluate the subordinates performance, able to solve the problem that related to human and achieving target including impacted the team with a good motivation.
  • Mastering in logistic and distribution process and solving the problems with a strategic point of view.
  • Mastering in developing the sales and marketing coverage area by reasonable understanding of market need, potential market shares and the logistic/distribution issues to cover that area.
  • Strong ability in networking and relationship building to the distributor and sub distributor.
  • Have a Indonesian Driving License (SIM) both type A and C)
  • Already got both First and Second Dose of Covid-19 Vaccine
  • Willing to be in contract for the first year before become a permanent employee.
  • Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo Surabaya.
  • Willing to be in monthly business trip to Sulawesi, Kalimantan, BalI, NTT and other places in eastern.
