Job Description

1. Issue Invoices and Tax Invoices for clients

2. Ensure the completeness of the Invoice that will be sent to the client

3. Ensure that invoices and VAT are properly recorded into the accountancy recording system

4. Controlling invoices that will be / are due to the deadline

5. Issuing a warning letter to the client

6. Reconcile AR accounts

7. Adjusting the revenue account and controlling

8. Making projections of receipts from clients

9. Making AR Balance weekly

10. Reconciling Waste Sales on a weekly basis
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree of Accounting

Fresh graduate with an internship experience from the same field very welcome to apply

Attention to detail

Eager to learn

Ability to using Ms. Excel

Experienced with using Accounting System (Journal.id) would be advantage
