Job Description

Organize, update, and maintain personnel records as internal databases

Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, paklaring, BPJS, and reference letter, and any documents related to HR

Assist employee during on boarding and off boarding period

In charge for medical reimbursement verification.

Socialized and implement any of company policy, SOP, memorandum, etc

Liaise with external partners to make sure on legal compliance

Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information

Work closely with user and employees to improve work relationships, accommodate user needed, & translate into initiatives

Participate in all HR projects or events

Support creative designs
Experience in HR field at least 1 Years or fresh grade

Good analytical thinking and oriented

Good communication skill with Bahasa and English (verbal & written)

Have knowledge in labor law

Excellent leadership skill and team player

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
