HEAD OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE (JOB NUMBER: ITO002127)


  • Ensure availability of all Infrastructure production platforms which are; Data Centers, network, servers, telephony/ voice and storage. Ensure they are operational to support the business.
  • Ensure that all incidents and problems are well managed according to SLA to prevent business disruptions. Ensuring and Supporting in the IT continuity exercises are properly executed following the procedures in place.
  • Leads and coordinate the design, specification, configuration, installation, and maintenance of all items related to data center, network, telephony, servers, storage, and related software
  • Ensure the monitoring of system health/ availability are managed properly Conduct a preventive and corrective maintenance for all infrastructure related items on timely manner
  • Manage all projects related to Infrastructure or properly delegated. Ensure all projects delivered as per scope requirements, timeline, and budget.
  • Responsible to manage, coordinate, and schedule of all Infrastructure related changes (change management) with respective parties and ensure changes done properly and follows proper process as per policy/ procedure. Impact assessment before change is implemented to prevent any disruptions.
  • Responsible to ensure all purchasing and contract maintenances for all infrastructure items. This includes vendor negotiation, establishing service level agreements, and ensuring all contracts and maintenances are in place to support the services provided by the infrastructure team
  • Responsible to ensure that all infrastructure operational activities are well performed and controlled. All activities need to align with related policy and procedure documents.
  • Ensure that all patches are done on timely manner to applicable infrastructure devices.
  • Ensure all open vulnerabilities are tracked, managed, properly delegated, and remediated on timely manner
  • Ensure inventory of all infrastructure related assets. Ensure all assets are in inventory and up to date. Ensure that all assets are tagged and the required details information are available.
  • Ensure stock checked on regular basis to ensure validity of assets in the inventory list.
  • Responsible to manage Infrastructure team, establish controls and proper monitoring to ensure the team are well manage and they follow policy and procedures. Ensure that all applicable controls and monitoring activities are properly done and managed, some of the activities are (but not limited to) voice recordings checklist, DC quarterly check list, network, data center (temperature, humidity, access log, etc), server health checks, storage capacity, etc.
  • Ensure all regular reports related to Infrastructure are produced, reviewed, and communicated to related stakeholders on timely manner. Ensure that reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with Architecture team for any new implementation or changes from existing architecture
  • Continuously review and make necessary changes in the organization and processes of the IT Infrastructure team to provide improved services to the Bank and assist in the development of growth of the team
