Job Description

  • Assist and consult with Team Leader on each function’s KPI development and maintenance.
  • Manage performance review processes.
  • Facilitate respective Team Leaders in identifying critical needs and developmental needs required specifically per department.
  • Create learning plan for team member.
  • Develop career path strategy
  • Initiate internal bonding events/programs
  • Conduct internal training
  • Conduct Employee Engagement Survey

Minimum Qualifications

  • Passionate in HR and developing people
  • 1-2 experienced in HR or related role.
  • Strong microsoft skills, especially for excel.
  • Fluent in english, preferable in writing.
  • Experience in using SAP Successfactors is preferred.
  • Good public speaking skills.
