Assist and consult with Team Leader on each function’s KPI development and maintenance.
Manage performance review processes.
Facilitate respective Team Leaders in identifying critical needs and developmental needs required specifically per department.
Create learning plan for team member.
Develop career path strategy
Initiate internal bonding events/programs
Conduct internal training
Conduct Employee Engagement Survey
Minimum Qualifications
Passionate in HR and developing people
1-2 experienced in HR or related role.
Strong microsoft skills, especially for excel.
Fluent in english, preferable in writing.
Experience in using SAP Successfactors is preferred.
Good public speaking skills.
